Scrub-a-dub-dub

Valentino loves his bath-time but he's getting to where he doesn't want to stay seated. He is pulling up on everything these days! He might just skip crawling altogether. He doesn't seem that interested. I think he sees how much faster you can go if you walk instead. He's growing up waaaay too fast. Next thing you know he's going to be asking for his learner's permit! My god! 

The Best Gift

...that Valentino got for Christmas was his two front teeth! He is now eating so many different things and loves to chew chew chew. Such a good little eater!

The morning light in our living room is just the best. Of course having a beautiful subject doesn't hurt things - LOL! 

Christmas Salutations

We had so much fun getting ready for Christmas. Here's the picture that we used for our Christmas cards this year. The caption read "Wait a second - this is the first I've heard about this naughty or nice business" - what a kidder!! 

Santa's Lap

OK - again backtracking to Baby's First Christmas. We took Valentino to see Santa and he was so curious about the whole thing. No tears - amazing!! 

Something Old, Something New

I have spent many a naps with Valentino on this antique French daybed. So has Jarrod! I think of all the useful things in the nursery this one might be at the top of the list. Heck, I even labored on this daybed a bit the morning that Valentino decided he would start making his way into the world. 

Nursery

OK so I'm backtracking a bit and posting some pictures of Valentino's nursery. I still love it even all of these months later. He seems to like it as well. Now that he is sitting up he can reach his "baby TV" on the side of the crib that Auntie Joelle gave him. He pushes the button himself to turn it on and watches the birdies inside. He just loves it!
